Domaine Christinat

Christinat Estate

Ollon, Chablais Vaudois, Switzerland

The estate was founded in 1989 by Olivier, Noé Christinat's father, who joined the venture in 2017 after his studies in Changins. A family history that goes back a long way, to when Olivier used to help his grandfather in the vineyard.

The plots are located between Aigle, Ollon, and Bex in the Chablais Vaudois, on steep slopes that preclude any mechanization, making manual labor particularly difficult. In return, the exposure of the vines and the varied terroirs produce unique grapes.
Chasselas, Sauvignon blanc, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Gamay make up the grape varieties that Noé vinifies in his own way, between experimentation and precision. A curious and diligent taster, Noé Christinat takes his wines to uncharted territories while always keeping a portion accessible to all.

Between aperitif Chasselas, macerated Sauvignon, and delicate Merlot, there's something for every palate!
