Baluchon is us, Valentin and Nathan. We met through wine, a very particular kind of wine. A wine that conveys much more than a taste, that conveys stories of lives, of vines, of lands, of hard work, without compromise, a return to the essential and to respect for living things. It's sharing with friends, cellar visits, trade shows, unexpected encounters, endless evenings that allowed us to immerse ourselves in this world and want to share it with everyone.
After several years of working in a wine cellar in Lausanne, Valentin decided to import his own estates and partnered with his eternal tasting assistant, Nathan. The adventure began in the summer of 2024. Encounters, often unexpected, lead us to trusting relationships that allow us to best convey the essence of the work of these artisans with whom we choose to collaborate.
Baluchon chooses to keep an affordable catalog by marking up minimally, so that the wine we love can be drunk by the greatest number of people, so that it can be drunk with you.
