Floral – Complex – Savory

This cuvée is a tribute to Tim's Honda CRV; it certainly deserved it after many years of loyal service. Both grape varieties are foot-trodden as whole clusters and then macerated for 10 days before being pressed. The result is a powerful yet delicate wine with notes of almond and white flowers. Enjoy with spicy dishes or as an aperitif.
