This cuvée comes from their small Beaujolais plot before they acquired their Jura vineyards. Old vine Gamay, destemmed maceration for about ten days to preserve freshness and finesse. Graphite notes and an explosion of red fruits give this delicate cuvée an unparalleled drinkability.
