50% Cinsault, 35% Grenache Noir and 15% Grenache Blanc from David Caër in Aspiran, Hérault. Infusion of Grenache grapes in Cinsault juice for 10 days. The result is a brilliantly fruity red, very drinkable. It is the ultimate thirst-quenching red.
