Thibaud took over an old family vineyard where all the traditional red Jura grape varieties are interplanted. Pinot Noir, Trousseau, Gamay, and Poulsard, plus some unidentified hybrids. Everything is harvested and vinified together. The result is a wine brimming with energy, fluid, and immediate. A pure delight.
