From a very small plot, this cuvée is made from Melon à Queue Rouge, an indigenous Jura grape variety from the Chardonnay family. It is aged for 3 years under flor in old oak barrels, giving this wine subtle oxidative notes that reveal all its complexity on the palate. Our absolute favourite.
