Plant Robert is a variety of Gamay. Long forgotten, a few almost abandoned plants remained on rare plots in the Épesses region of Switzerland. The intervention of several Lavaux winemakers helped to preserve this grape variety. Here, the cuvée pays tribute to this grape variety in the most obvious way possible, focusing on the fruit!
