Complex – Rich – Dry

To compensate for the usual long aging periods in the Jura, Julien and César harvested Chardonnay in the Hérault from historical terroirs discovered and planted since the 16th century. After 12 months of aging in barrels, the wine refines and asserts itself. It has resinous notes supported by a great minerality and a very delicate finish. We love it.
